To warm up in winter, I propose you an bouillon d'artichaud (artichoke broth)

To change artichokes to vinaigrette and especially to warm up in winter, easy to prepare and especially to eat.

Preparation : 15 minutes

Cooking time : 30 minutes

Ingredients of artichoke broth :

- 2 artichokes

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 onion

- 2 small tomatoes

- salt

- pepper

- 1 tablespoon of oil

Recipe:

- Cut your artichokes in half and clean them and especially lemon to avoid blackening them - Crush garlic with salt

- Mince the onions

- Mince the tomatoes In a pot, sauté onions, garlic and add tomatoes and cook.

Put some pepper on the artichokes and put them in the sauce.

Cover with water and cook.

To taste very hot and especially with the fingers. Good greed !!!!!!!!
