Recipe of Civet Coq !! (Chicken with wine)

Preparation : 30 minutes

Cooking time : 2 hours

Ingredients :

- 1 Chicken

- 2 heads of garlic

- 3 big onion heads

- 2 to 3 cloves

- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

- Salt and pepper

- 5/6 tomatoes

- 4 spice leaves

- Thyme

- Parsley

- Green onions

- 1/2 bottle of red wine

Recipe :

Cut the chicken in pieces Heat the oil.

Brown the chicken.

Add the cut onions of course, the thyme, the leaves of 4 spices and make everything turn pink.

Put the pounded spices (made with garlic, clove, pepper, nutmeg,!) Into the pot.

Thoroughly brown the mixture.

Cut and add the tomatoes.

Add the wine.

Cook at least 1 hour over low heat of course! During this time parsley and green onions are cut.

Once the civet ready to taste sprinkle parsley and green onions.

Serve with white rice and ti rougail chili pepper.
